About

A bit more context.

I study applied and computational mathematics at the University of Washington. I've taken a lot of math and CS classes I've liked — Probability, Stochastic Processes, and Optimization are some of my favorites.

Timeline

How I got here.

  1. Sep 2026 — Dec 2026

    Post

    SDE Intern

    AWS

  2. May 2026 — Present

    Post

    ML Researcher, Diffusion Models

    University of Washington

Working with Professor Soumik Pal. I'm interested in how neural networks represent curved spaces, and in pushing the current work toward Riemannian settings and robotics.

  3. Jan 2026 — Present

    Post

    Machine Learning Engineer

    SRLC

Built a natural-language image retrieval system for a nonprofit — search thousands of event photos by describing them, instead of scrolling.

  4. Feb 2026

    Mark

Third place, UW × Databricks Hackathon

    CropCast

A crop yield prediction platform, forecasting end-of-season yield for farmers 60–90 days out.

  5. Sep 2024 — 2027

    Study

    B.S., Applied Computational Mathematical Sciences

    University of Washington, Seattle

I love participating in competition math and programming.

  6. 2020 — 2024

    Study

    Redmond High School

    Redmond, Washington

Where it started. Math was my favorite subject, and combining it with building new technology is what really interested me. It is also where I found training.
